Sensitive Personal Data

Our Services are not designed to request sensitive personal information such as racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, trade-union membership, health information, genetic or biometric information, or information about a person's sex life or sexual orientation. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information in project requirements, messages, or uploaded materials.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information for legitimate business purposes connected with providing and protecting the Services, including to:

  • Create, authenticate, administer, and secure your BoostBridge account.
  • Process service requests, orders, project requirements, payments, invoices, and transaction confirmations.
  • Deliver, manage, and support digital marketing, design, SEO, social media, and other professional services you request.
  • Provide project tracking, customer support, account management, and project communications.

4. Payments & Stripe

BoostBridge uses Stripe as a payment-processing provider for supported transactions. When you choose to pay, payment and billing information necessary to process the transaction may be transmitted directly to Stripe. Stripe processes payment information under its own terms and privacy practices.

BoostBridge may receive and retain transaction-related information from Stripe, such as payment status, transaction identifiers, amount, currency, payment-method type, card brand, and the last four digits of a card. We do not intentionally store full card numbers or card security codes on BoostBridge servers.

You can review Stripe's privacy information at Stripe Privacy Policy.

5. When We Share Information

We do not sell personal information to advertisers. We may disclose information only when reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including:

  • Payment processors: including Stripe, to process and verify payments and handle related transaction functions.
  • Hosting, infrastructure, email, security, and technical providers: when needed to operate, secure, maintain, or communicate through the Services.
  • Personnel and service providers: employees, contractors, or professional providers who need appropriate access to perform or support your requested project or service and who are subject to suitable confidentiality or contractual obligations.
  • Legal and safety disclosures: where disclosure is required by law, legal process, regulatory obligation, or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes.
  • Business transactions: where information is transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.

6. Cookies, App & Technical Technologies

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality, security, session management, preferences, and service performance. The Android application may use local application storage or authentication tokens necessary to keep you signed in and provide requested features.

We do not describe a separate advertising-tracking program in this Policy unless such functionality is actually implemented. If our tracking practices materially change, we will update this Policy and any required consent or Google Play disclosures before using the new functionality where required.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse. These measures may include access controls, authentication, encrypted network connections where supported, restricted administrative access, and security monitoring.

No internet, mobile, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and should contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing requested services, maintaining your account, completing projects, supporting transactions, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or record-keeping obligations.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is processed. When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

9. Account & Data Deletion

BoostBridge Android app users can request permanent account deletion from the account/profile area of the app. Users can also initiate account deletion through our public account-deletion page: Delete BoostBridge Account.

Account deletion removes the BoostBridge user account and associated app account data that is not required to be retained. Certain transaction, invoice, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, accounting, legal, or regulatory records may be retained for the period required or permitted by applicable law or legitimate compliance obligations. Retained records will not be kept longer than reasonably necessary for those purposes.

  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of eligible personal information.
  • Object to or request restriction of certain processing.

11. Children's Privacy

BoostBridge is intended for business customers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us improperly, please contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.
